Samir Patel has withdrawn after being selected to play for GB in the test against Ireland so England has selected Chris Patmore (who incidentally also had the opportunity to play in the test match), David Openshaw has been awarded a wild-card place by the FEC.

Stephen Mulliner has a place owing to his finishing as runner-up last time.
