Anthony Dix won the Guildford & Godalming B Level event.

Unfortunately four of the original entrants had to drop out because of injury or wedding invitations! That left six players for an all-play-all.

The games were played on very fast lawns and only three games were completed within the time limit! Two players, Anthony Dix and Barry Gould, won four out of their five games and Anthony Dix retained the Frank Rendall Trophy on a who beats whom basis.
