The Tyneside Advanced Weekend was won by player/manager David Maugham who won all his games which included 1sxp, 2tp's and 1tpo.

On two sunny days, there was plenty of good croquet and visitors were happy to sit in the sunshine and enjoy the matches. Aircraft from the nearby Sunderland Air Show must have heard about our event - judging by the number of planes coming over to see us! The players were treated to the legendary "Sheilas Meals"
