Peter Moore won the Hamptworth B-Level weekend

We had disappointing turnout of six players on a fine weekend, (well it rained on Saturday morning) and very good lawns, were described by the visitors as fast but fair. The hoops were slightly wide for this competition but extremely firm and tricky enough.

All played all in some very close and friendly games; the result at the end of play was three players on three wins, thus conjuring the perfect Manager's nightmare. Who beat who confused things more but quality of win was easy as Peter Moore from Nottingham was the only contender who had pegged out in all his wins.
