There was very good representation from the four most northern Federations at the CA club conference held at Cedar Court Hotel Huddersfield on Saturday 29 March. About 50 participants in total contributed to the lively discussions on a wide variety of subjects. Quiller Barrett, the CA Chairman, said he was extremely pleased with the feedback he received from the meeting. A knowledge of exactly what was wanted at club level in different parts of the country was essential if Council and its committees were to use their resources in the most efficient and effective manner.
